Our neighborhood is a coveted area with walking and biking trails and parks for sports and picnicking. The neighbors like to get together for some holidays with food here or at parks.

Close to shopping & fast food. Really close for biking and hiking trails. Nice park nearby. Great neighborhoods to walk

Fairly affordable rent, valet trash service, and clubhouse is available for family gatherings, parties, etc. there is also a pickleball court which is unique. There are tons of businesses nearby within walking distance.

Our neighborhood is very diverse and friendly. It is close to downtown and offers all the popular stores. We are near 2 national parks and scenic places to go

Very active community, warm weather year around.easy access to National parks and other mountain/lake areas.s

Anything outdoors and anything that includes moving around, I love fishing hiking gaming watching movies
