have lived here 2+ years. I have had a fridge that freezes literally everything. I have put in at least a dozen request. The majority under old management. Last time I requested it be fixed the guy said he would get me a new one. That was over a month ago. A couple days ago it stopped working I was out of town to come home to all my food spoiled. I was able to get it working but it will probably freeze stuff again or completely break.Very poor management and it a very bad part of SLC. This is one of many bad experiences. Do yourself a favor spend a extra 100-200 on rent and get a better apartment and a safer one

I hated everything about living here from the amenities never being available for the residents to the poor communication in any exchange with the office staff and management team.

When we first moved in they told us they would not be responsible for any damage or robbery because they had gates but the gates were never closed. Also, the pool was closed more often then not. My biggest complaint though is that the management seemed nice until we wanted to move out, them their true colors came out. They were very unwilling to work with us and wanted to slap us with fees left and right.

I left a month before my lease ended because of very unprofessional and poor service. There werr cockroaches and flies in my apartment. Wn When i approached them they said they would take care of it but never actually did. I went back again and they said how come they didnot have problems in other apartments but me. At that point i said enough and left a month before my lease ended. my car was also stolen out of that place.
