I have lived at the Birkhill Apartments for 4 months and in that time it has been safe, quiet and accommodating. The management is friendly, the maintenance staff are prompt, the building and parking garage are secure granting an extra level of privacy and security. The lobby, hallways, entry and surrounding areas are always clean. It is the best apartment complex I have lived in since coming to Utah.

I moved to Birkhill almost two years ago. They finished the new building for 55 and older in December 2015 and i moved into it. I must say it feels like home. The apartments are very nice. It is very quiet and peaceful here, and staff is amazing. Staff is very friendly yet professional. They really care about the tenants, as evidenced by promptly fixing any problems or complaints. Maintenance is very respectful. Not easy to find a nice apartment but finding Birkhill was the best thing for me.

Best apartment complex I have ever lived in . I sold my house when my daughter got married and moved out, that was five years ago, I lived in a couple of other apartment complexes before I found Birkhill. I love the garage parking and how secure the building is and the office staff has been great to work with.

The only reason I won't give it a perfect score is because there is no leniency on anything. I missed rent by one day, had to pay an $80 late fee through a cashiers check and was giving a three day warning to pay or vacate.
