      The townhomes are not great. The appliances are super cheap. In fact, everything about them is super cheap. Repair work is not great. I have lived here 4 years and have had 4 different management people, of which there is ONLY 1. There is very little communication given to residents. They are apparently forcing all of the residents to pay rent online now, although I have yet to see any information on this. And this means a monthly fee on top of rent. Awesome. This place may be cheap for the size of the place, but you are definitely only getting what you pay for here.

      We really enjoy the size of the community. Notifications for residents come in a timely manner, such as when they are repaving the parking lot. The managment organizes activities to help bring residents together. They have great service workers when we need something fixed. We cant thank them enough for thwir work. We love having access to the pool. The proximity of restaurants, parks, rec center, freeway, etc is a huge plus!

      Quiet complex with effecient manager and maintenance help. Its a great community which doesn't make you feel overlooked or burdened like larger complex.

      With four kids, we really enjoy the large bedrooms Be living space that the four bedroom town home provides. We really enjoy being so close to the park and the swimming pool. The staff are friendly, professional and attentive to the needs of the residents. Although some of the fixtures and appliances in the townhome are older, the town home was very clean when we moved in. I love having the feel of living in a home but not having the responsibilities of maintaining a yard. Great location!

      First apartment we've lived and and we love it! The manager took time out of her personal time and after hours to show us around Boulder Hollow. Quiet friendly environment, never had any issues with noise or disruptions. The only thing I could complain about is a few out dated things such as laminate flooring, and carpet. Other than that perfect place! Would recommend to anyone.
