    The apartment is really dirty, no has never cleaned it.

    The interior of apts. are great & mostly well-kept. Outside is disgusting. Stairs are stained & filled with trash & food. Could easily be pressure washed. Foliage is dying but the obnoxious gardeners are always there. Management scolds everyone like school children & it seems it's no ones job to maintain grounds. TRASH EVERYWHERE. No signs warning people not to park in covered spaces, no mirrors around blind corners where people illegally park. Useless pool should be gated, grassy area for kids

    Poor upkeep of area, apartments are not properly heated some rooms are hot while others are cold. High trash and water fees, pet fees creates a disadvantage to shelter animals as adoption rates decline due to outrageous apartment fees. Fees for parking even when we don't own a car.

    I have lived in this complex for almost 5 years. It has really good ammenities but the quality of maintenence, upkeep, and tennants has slipped. It is very expensive, and for what we pay, I have been disappointed with what we have been getting in return.

    The building maintenance seems to be a bit run down. The staircase is filthy (it would certainly be great to have it power washed). As a resident I can't even find a parking spot available for my wife's car. Some apartments seem to be overpopulated with more than 8 people per apartment.
