Lots of traffic, paper thin walls and floors, and very cheaply built building. They make it look like luxury apartments but they are definitely not worth the high rent.

Overpriced! Management can't get billing right. Common utilities cost more than my utilities! Ridiculously expensive communications package. Smoking everywhere. Overall, very unhappy and planning on moving. Can't even use the gameroom. Why is it closed at 6pm? I get off work and can't even use it but I have to pay the utilities!!! It should be open till 10pm. Other places allow residents to use the gameroom. I hope the owners read this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The leasing agents are a pleasure to work with, and the amenities are nice (pool in courtyard, gym, printer, theater). The rent is pretty high for the location, but the apartments are new and a bit luxurious.

The staff here is outstanding!! Our only complaint is a few neighbors, but you get that anywhere, might as well have an amazing aprtment to live in. We love the look, the openness of the apartment, the security, and location. Greatest place to live!!
