Very well Community that we lifted it next to fashion Place mall track station highway and bus service I really enjoyed the maintenance people it really good They are on top off thing I really appreciate it

They used to be great. Management was reasonable and maintenance was excellent but they had everything changed. The new management doesn't care about long term quality tenants. They only care about maximizing what they can from you and disregard your needs. Management and maintenance has gone down the drain. We submitted a request to fix our fridge. Some of the food spoiled because they did not come on time. They claimed they received the request too late but I have proof otherwise. Management disrespected my already frustrated wife on the phone when we called in. Maintenance manager was also rude when he arrived. If you don't like your job, do something else. JIM used to work here and he was amazing. He was always pleasant and understanding. He even came in the middle of the night or Sundays to fix things with a positive attitude. It is your responsibility to provide good customer service. There is no way I will be staying here another year. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Also they will not work with you if you want to move out but need an extra month or two as you transition. They will charge you full monthly price rather than your normal monthly cost which is about double. Most places would be reasonable with someone that has lived in their community for 3 years and always paid rent on time. If you decide to move here, you will be treated politely when you are signing a contract, after that they will be unreasonable with you. Expect nothing from this place.

I wouldn't even give them one star to be honest. When you move out of James point Apartents. They charge you 5x the amount for damages and for cleaning costs. They took half my deposit from me when moving out and now I don't have enough to money to rent another place. I'm stuck getting a roommate. James point Apartents are a rip off. Holes from shelves, tv wall mounts. picture frames curtains and other wall decor should be normal living damages. I understand if someone choose to put hole in Hall or made huge indent somewhere but these only nails we puttied the wholes up and still got over charged for each and every hole in wall. The last two places I have lived in. I have received my deposit back in full. The Hallway in these Apartents have huge stains in stairwell as well as debree everwhere. The Snow never gets plowed in winter. The grass is always over watered and muddy. Ppl put couches. Table/chair you would find in schools. Rugs. Junk and bikes left on balconies. Makes place look really trashy and it just proves to anyone who comes takes a look at these apartments that they let anyone move into our residents here.

Horrible place and a rip off.. My parents and I scrubbed the place clean and they would not give me a security deposit back. They said it is used foot repainting. Then they called and said that I owed a lot more money because the cost of painting the apartment. Went up

Year round dog poop is not getting cleaned up properly. Leaves in stairway are not getting blow out from the stairs and hallways. Leaves are not cleaned up regularly. In winter this year been worst then it has been in past. Parking stalls are not getting salt to melt the snow and drive way to entrances are not getting plowed where the roads are icy and residents are able to fall. Just getting stuff out of the car has been difficult because of ice from the previous snow storms that accurd in last couple days. Side walks shoveled to be able to walk but not able to push a stroller to push my child in. It's an complex joke how maintenance thinks doing bare minimum around the grounds. I don't if you just shirt of staff or what is real reason. I hope you considering to hire more maintenance and ground keepers to take care of property around the grounds. I think the management is slacking on inforcing The rules about patio furniture. I have seen couches. Banners. Rugs. Bikes and school table and chairs sets you would see in middle School or High school. Wet clothes hanging off the banisters on residents balconies. Seasonal decorations not getting taken down after that hoilday is finished. Cluttered balconies are also an issue. These just makes our residents look trashy and to the point where anyone is able to live here and it's poorly managed. We would given the apartments High points when this taken care of. Sincerely a concerned residents who still believe these Apartents can be great again.
