I am really looking forward to being able to move out of here. I concur with the other reviews in that management doesn't really care about your issues. I've talked with a few other residents that feel the same way. It's unfortunate because it's a great location, and, could be a really great building. I would not recommend living here.

Horrible experience. Constant noise caused by cheap construction and shortcuts in soundproofing. The 'new management' is a front... nothing has changed. The office staff has two jobs: Get you to sign and take your money...that's it. They don't care about you or concerns. The property management company (Olive West) ignored my calls and inquiries for weeks. I know they received all of my attempts to contact them because the Office Manager was taunting me about going behind her back to try and get help with issues I was having there. Very unprofessional conduct.

Expect to pay $250 to $350 extra on top of your rent: * Entertainment package - $135. Includes cable and internet. This is compulsory. * Trash Vallet - $25. Compulsory. * Sewer (building shared) - about $10 * Trash (building shared - about $17 - $20 * Water (building shared) about $8 - $10 * Pest control - $2 * Gas (building shared) about $2 * Electric (building shared) - about $18 to $25 * Convergent Billing Fee - about $5 * Online rent payment convenience fee - about $2. They do not accept checks. You are essentially paying an HOA fee. If they could get away charging you their employees' salary, they would. The good: * Location though you can say the same thing with any downtown apartments. * Good unit layout. The bad: * There is always something broken -- elevator, cable, gym equipment, fire alarms and this is building is new. And good luck getting refunded when your cable goes down for a few weeks. * Gets dusty in the unit quick

Not as nice as it appears. The bldg is still pretty empty after 3 months. Many tenants are college kids who party and leave mess. People leave trash lying around. there was dog feces in front of the parking garage door for about a week, with management having been notified. So many dogs roaming WITHOUT leashes. On more than a few occasions opened my door and a dog has dashed toward me almost entering my residence, with NO OWNER IN SIGHT barking and growling, still nothing from management even after being told and emailed regarding this issue. This elevator was FULL of items for over an hour, with nothing moved, and barely room for anyone to fit inside. Management is terrible, no regard for tenants or issues, completely dismissive and rude. The AC is so loud in the bedroom, we switched to sleeping in the den, that has no windows. NOT worth the $$$. BEWARE.
