We're sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the specific maintenance of our pool during the fall months. It's important that we hear feedback from our residents in person when there are concerns. Please consider speaking with us in our office so we can explain our regular process and learn for the future.
Since the new management company took over, there has been a steady increase in fees for everything. They have Read More also lost paperwork for my lease and insurance and, instead of going through their files, they keep giving me notices that I owe more money. Luckily, I keep records of everything, but it is frustrating that they haven't kept track of this information themselves.

Our apartment was not cleaned at all at move-in. There were tons of extra costs not included in the rent such Read Moreas water, trash, electric, gas, etc. Also, the water bill is split by the building rather than based on usage. Additionally, the management is awful. The garage door was broken, and it took multiple days to fix. My car was trapped in the garage. My car got towed while I was moving in because they didn't give me a visitor's past. Then they didn't refund my towing fees like they promised.

Inconsistent management communication. Property management seems confused as to what's going on all the time. Read MoreIt seems as though records are poorly kept causing a lot of errors on Palladio's end.

Although this is not the typical feedback we hear regarding our staff, we take all reviews seriously and would like to learn more about what you've experienced. The rent is very high for a single person. Also, there is hardly any parking at all unless you pay extra for a Read Moren assigned or underground space. If you go somewhere in the evening your always having to drive around for street parking anytime after 7 pm (usually). Also, the people upstairs have both a baby and a dog. The dog barks really loud and runs around a lot so it's very disruptive. The baby wakes me up every morning with loud screams and crying so it feels like I'm living with a baby and dog
