We have lived here for 6 months and love it! It is quiet and well kept. The maintenance team is amazing and our unit is beautiful. We are so happy here with our home and this wonderful Daybreak atmosphere.

A little disconcerting, only review more recent than 2016 is a 1 star in 2019. Doesn't bode well ???

The people who work here are rude. Rent is atrocious we planned on paying $1300 like said on website and our rent is at least $1600 a month. Condos are cheaper and treat their residents better.

The apartment was nice, I saw a two bedroom and moved into a three, it was a little smaller than I hoped for the price. And there isn't assigned parking so you couldn't always part close.

It's quiet, good service from staff. Very nice quality indoors. I love the size and style of my apartment. Great gym. I love the Daybreak atmosphere. Could use maintenance on the outside of buildings and hallways. Can get dirty and lights are broken.

Haven't lived in an apartment in quite a few years and being new to SLC wanted to learn the area before setting long term plans. I couldn't be more pleased with the complex. Neighbors are friendly/courteous and staff professional. Daybreak is conveniently located for easy access to SLC attractions, shopping and other townships.
