We have lived in the apartment complex for a year and a half now and absolutely love the community! The grounds are always taken care of (mowing, planting flowers, new mulch etc.), it is quiet, front desk staff is amazing, and the property and community is simply stunning! The flowers everywhere in the spring and summer bring me so much joy!! We have become more active than ever before since we can paddleboard/kayak in the lake, and run/ride our bikes all throughout the community. Not to mention all the fun activities that are planned throughout the year in Daybreak! All stores that I need are within walking distance, or a very short drive! Soda Row is also always a fun place to hangout with friends. I would recommend everyone to live here. You will not be disappointed!

I've been here almost 2 years now and absolutely love it, the community has everything I need within a walk or short drive/bike. Before I moved in I was a little anxious seeing the reviews and star rating. People usually only do reviews when they don't get what they want or just negative in their everyday life. Its rare if someone takes time out of their day to spread positive news. Hoping my review persuades the people that are on the fence, this place is filled with good people and trust me its also a great community.

The landscaping is real bad. Phone system sucks. To many hidden charges such as valet garbage pick up 25 dollars a month. Parking is terrible after 8pm. Management changes all the time. Horrible place

The people who work here are rude. Rent is atrocious we planned on paying $1300 like said on website and our rent is at least $1600 a month. Condos are cheaper and treat their residents better.

This will sound like Im one of those ladys that lets everything bother them, Im not. Im just tired of being jerked around and Im fed up.. Been trying to get a package for the last couple days. Office should still be open, but theres always a note on the door stating theyll be back soon. Dont waste time calling either because they NEVER answer the breezeway ceiling is still falling apart as well. Its june 8th and it hasnt been winter in a while. They had a safety inspection to check smoke detectors and change air filters. I guess their idea of that is to ignore actually putting in the air filters, they just put them outside the door. One of our smoke detectors have been down for a couple years now. We pay a lot for this place, its not worth it and we will not be extending our lease again.. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!
