The apartments are nice - small but nice. Pet owners could be more responsible and cleaning up after their animals. However, landscaping and grounds look nice and are well taken care of. The office staff for the most part are very nice. The front desk person, not so much, but all the others are very helpful and professional.

Everything is great except the classic upstairs neighbors who might T-Rex's. Staff is great, Maintenance is done fast. There are an abundance of noisy kids playing until 9 or 10pm. I'm getting old.

The apartments/grounds are clean and well maintained. The grass is always cut before it gets too crazy and the apartment was cleaned well before we moved in. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance is always prompt. Pets are welcome, almost everyone has one in the community. The only issue is that people don't clean up after there pets, so there is dog feces in the grass most of the time. Parking is horrible. Not enough spots for the amount of cars.

People are always visible, cleaning, maintaining and keeping up the property. When I have needed things fixed from a leaky faucet to a sticky lock. They responded right away.

The apartments are nice. Pretty standard for a large apartment complex. Not a lot of flexibility, and with the media package the cost is a little high. They are fine as long as you know what you are getting.

I love Settler's Landing because it's a mini community with convenient resources. We love the pool, the playgrounds, the gym, and our little puppy especially loves the dog park. My neighbors are kind and considerate as are the complex workers. When our disposal wasn't working, we called the complex for help. That day it was fixed. The next day, we received a call to make sure it was still working correctly. On our birthday, we received a note and candy from management. All in all, it's great.
