      Friendly neighbors, friendly and reasonable staff, grounds are kept nice and consistently made improvements too. Safe place to come home too.

      Honestly, it used to be better, before the current management in the front office. They seem less personable & will, rarely, respond to inquiries via email or phone. Unfortunately, trying to contact a "corporate office" just leads back to the local office. Other than that, I do still like the community, although some of the newer tenants seem questionable.

      The maintenance team and office staff here are amazing. Earlier this year we had an issue with a large bee honeycome in our storage and they sent someone ASAP and took care of it in no time. This is the experience we get with any of our problems. Not only that but the office works hard to make Cascade Springs feel like a community with events and get togethers. They are always working in the best interest of their tenants; this year they added free Fiber WiFi for all the Residents! All in all this is a great place to live that is affordable and feels like home.

      This apartment allowed for toilet water to sit in my closet for a full week before it was cleaned. My toilet clogs every other week, yet nothing is done. I even had to contact the health department due to this. The fire alarm goes off constantly. Our lights outside of the door do not have a cover and wires are hanging out. I have lived here for almost three years. I have not had issues until something really happened with the toilet, then you do not want to help.
