            Cascade Springs? Or the west jordan landfill? This place is full of dog poop and trash floats around everywhere. The staff only caters to themselves and family members. If you live near one you'll be blamed for noise and charged for their lack of maintenance inside and out. Quid pro quo at its finest. Crime is rampant and the drug addicts just walk around in plain sight at night. Security is a joke so don't park your cars here. They come around with a strobelight on making it easy for the homeless to run and hide.They will kick you out of your parking spot every year to seal the parking lot leaving no one a space to park. It never gets repaired right in the first place and ends up being the same a week later after peeling up on your vehicles. They will send out notices and not follow their own directions, they say not to drive on it until the cones are removed. When I got off work there were no cones in the lot. But yet I was blamed for driving on the asphalt wet. They claimed I didn't read the email even though I clearly showed them their flaw withing said email Accept responsibility? Nope it's always going to be your fault. I recommend you find somewhere worth spending your money. The appliances are old and the stairs are hazardous. You never know if your going to fall through. They claim to check these on a routine basis but 5 years and I've never seen it. Outside fire alarms go off all the time falsely in other buildings, the train is loud, but you'll be blamed for giving people heart attacks if they think you make noise at night. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable place to live.

            Where do I begin? They have damaged stairs that my neighbor tripped and fell on and wound up in the hospital for a month and almost died from a head injury. They constantly have construction, leaf blowers, mowers, or something going on ONLY in the very early hours of the morning when people are still sleeping. They use the cheapest carpet known to man so that way they HAVE to replace it after every single tenant moves in. It is the carpet that looks new for 2 weeks and within 3 months looks beat up and shabby so they can charge you a lot when you leave. The electric wiring is really bad, and your bulbs blink a lot and even have a flicker to them. The other tenants they allow in are of a very low caliber so there was fighting and yelling, and bottles being thrown and broken all the time. Things always got stolen from my porch. They do have an Amazon locker, but they don't monitor it and it doesn't open and allow you to get packages half the time. The walls were very terribly painted and were obviously rushed. The only good thing I can say about this place is that the office staff was nice. Other than that, this place is a total dump. THEY PROVIDE THE BARE MINIMUM ON THESE APARTMENTS!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. You will not enjoy most of it and I guarantee they will find some small thing to charge you for upon leaving.

            Friendly neighbors, friendly and reasonable staff, grounds are kept nice and consistently made improvements too. Safe place to come home too.

            Honestly, it used to be better, before the current management in the front office. They seem less personable & will, rarely, respond to inquiries via email or phone. Unfortunately, trying to contact a "corporate office" just leads back to the local office. Other than that, I do still like the community, although some of the newer tenants seem questionable.

            The maintenance team and office staff here are amazing. Earlier this year we had an issue with a large bee honeycome in our storage and they sent someone ASAP and took care of it in no time. This is the experience we get with any of our problems. Not only that but the office works hard to make Cascade Springs feel like a community with events and get togethers. They are always working in the best interest of their tenants; this year they added free Fiber WiFi for all the Residents! All in all this is a great place to live that is affordable and feels like home.
