    The residents don't pick up after their dogs, I have issues of people breaking into my car as well as people putting out their cigarettes on my car and scratching and dinging my car doors when their getting in and out off their car. People are inconsiderate of others and are loud! If you live above people don't let your children run through out your apartment, screaming and banging.

    We apologize that your experience at our community has been anything short of five stars. We do our best to provide a comfortable home life and hope all residents are being respectful and courteous of one another by abiding by all community policies. While some noise is to be expected in a multifamily housing situation, we do have policies in place to prohibit excessive noise during certain hours. If you feel as if your neighbor's noise level exceeds that of normal day-to-day activity, please alert the office so that we may address this issue directly with the individual. You are welcome to call the office with any additional thoughts or suggestions to share. Thank you.

    Serengeti springs apartments are nice and kept in good condition. Maintenance and repairs are done in a timely maner. Office staff are friendly and helpful.
