The apartments aren't luxury apartments but they are comfortable and the management is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance is always fast and efficient as well. I have lived here for 4 years. Everything is so close, the location is great.

Expressed concerns of sink leaking and oven not working. A year later, we come home to find the sink and the wood underneath replaced. Great! Now what about the oven? Will be our fourth and final year of living there.

I have to call several times for maintenance, and it can take 1 to 2 weeks for it to get done. The maintenance men are nice and helpful when they do come. The advertised rent is not what you pay. They add fees to the base rent for water, sewer, trash, parking, lighting, cam , and a service fee that adds over $75 to monthly rent. Only water is flexible. The others should be included in a true base rent.

I love living here, but do NOT like the annual raise in rent when my apartment has no upgrades, completely wore out carpet, and an old school thermostat. Maintenance guys Are great!!! High five to Ty and Larry!!!

I have had an okay experience since moving in (which was just about 6 weeks ago.) I was annoyed that the final cost of rent per month was a bit more than what we discussed on the phone and then in person during my first tour of the apartment complex. Because I wasn't told about all the little fees associated with renting which I asked about when I called. The day after we moved in, something was wrong with our fridge (which is a pretty important problem) and it took more than a week to be done

The apartment I moved into was not cleaned well at all. There was stll grease on cabenits, the porch has oil/grease all over it, there's stuff on the walls and blinds. No new paint, just patched the holes & left the mud un sanded or pinted. The last tenant smoke inside and it took 2 weeks before anything was done. My neighbors smoke inside and nothing has been done even after hI have called several times. I was told the apartments are smoke free which is not true.
