Great location and very convenient for students. No need to worry about electricity, internet or water since it is all inclusive, free laundry on site and a small gym. The bus stop is right outside the building too!

Not pet friendly and overpriced. Especially for school students. Pets should be allowed everywhere. People who are allergic should figure it out themselves bc most of us have animal companions....
