    All I have to say this place is going from bad to worse. Nothing is good about this place from office staff to maintenance and it seems like they don't care about their residents. I can't wait until my lease is over to move.

    Me and my spouse visited crystal woods today. Expecting to come in and speak to someone about an apartment to view and to begin the application process, but the customer service was horrible. Mind you, they are current under new management as of June 2018. We walked in and sat down while both of the leasing agents were on the phone. As soon as they got off they were giggling like children about another perspective resident and her sister that were on the phone. they continued to look at us but never once asked us anything or even mumbled the words "we will be right with you" instead they continued to talk to each other and laugh for 5 mins as we sat there waiting to be addressed. It got to a point where we got up to leave and never after that did they ask anything or approach us. If Crystal Woods doesn't respect their future or potential residence, what makes you think they will respect their current residence. It was such a disappointing experience and if this is how the new management allows their employees to treat guests than I will find another home that will value me as a person. Stay far away from this place. You have been WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Working at the Airport and finding a nice place to stay not to far from work is what my goal was. My friend referred me who works with me and I am glad to be able to be close to her. I haven't had any complaints yet, the staff is really nice and the leasing office is welcoming. so far so good.

    STAY AWAY!!!!! This building is so cheaply made you can hear every time upstairs neighbor walks around. Do you think it's just apartment living? Think again. It sounds like thunder as he walks. Do you think I am exaggerating? Leave me your email address I will send you the recordings I have. You will be shocked. I wish I could upload it here. Incompetent management told me to call the cop when they walk around their apartment.........I was like.....um....are you freaking kidding me? How about changing wood floor to carpet for second floor and above? I can't sleep without ear plugs as my upstairs neighbor likes to walk around nonstop in the middle of the night even until 2 or 3 am. !! When kids run around the whole apartment building shakes and their parents don't even care. I have a not functioning dryer. It has been over a month and I put multiple service requests and still it's not fixed. Now I need to go to laundromat. On weekends be prepare to go out all day as ignorant tenants will play music so loud you won't be able to take a nap or just relax. You pay rent to have a place and you are forced to go out. I filed multiple complaints about that. Guess what? Management doesn't even respond so good luck. When someone smokes in front of the building it comes in the apartment as front door has huge gap between door and door frame. It's not cheapest place rent wise. If you are gonna deal with all these shenanigans why don't you just rent the cheaper place? Do you like picture leasing office put on its apt website? These are not even stainless steel appliances. These appliances are just painted silverish gray. Don't get fooled by its look. I am doing this to protect next victim. Stay away. I am breaking lease early. Even if I have to pay penalty I think it's worth it. Save yourself a headache.

    Don't trust all the reviews that you read about this place!! Please give this place a chance. It's worth it. I have lived here for a year so far and I love it. Yes you get the occasional bug in your place (it's life...its nature...cant control that)but as soon as you see it REPORT IT. They had pest control come out each and every time I put in a request. They always let your know when they will be having outages or if maintenance/pest control is coming. The staff is amazing! All of them are nice and very helpful. The key is communication with them. The want to make your stay as comfortable as possible but they cant if people wont tell them the problems. Also a lot of these people had a situation resolved and never updated their review. It is true that they rarely answer the phone so you have to physically go there. It's honestly better that way in my opinion...they don't let you know you have a package until they are about to send it back. So if you are expecting a package check your tracking status or just check out the leasing office. The reason for the turnover is first they had poor management and people come across different phases in their lives and need to move on. It doesn't make the property a bad place. What's awesome about this place is that I am coming up on my 1 year lease and I can transfer to a bigger unit without paying a dime extra other than a higher rent (obviously lol). The staff tries to find you the best deals. The apartment walls are thin, yes that is true. But honestly its the case in most apartments. If you don't like the noise GET A HOUSE! Sure there is trash lingering throughout the property but that is the doing of the residents. I see the maintenance workers cleaning every day no matter the weather and then you have lazy residents who drive by the dumpster and attempt to throw their trash into it...but miss and don't pick it up. The area is quiet and peaceful. A good size balcony and updated appliances...good price for the area...
