Power/electricity went out Memorial Day weekend on several floors. HUGE disappointment, considering the buildi Read Moreng is not that old. Went out, thought they fixed it...the next day the power went out again. Completely unacceptable for a holiday weekend with guest visiting. Unacceptable and embarrassing for me. Building has been under several different management companies. Use to be a $30-$50 yrly rent increase...now more

Wonderful place to live. Close to not only basic necessities, but places of interest as well. Friendly and pro Read Morefessional staff. Would 10/10 recommend to a friend.

The Carmel is a nice building to live in, the floor plans are designed well and parking is convenient. However Read More the elevators are loud and you can hear them from inside your apartment. I am hoping they will fixed or replaced soon. If they are not, I would not recommend living here.

So far my experience here has been nothing short of perfect. Management requests are answered in a timely mano Read Morer, both staff and community members are friendly, the location is perfect, and Carmel overall has a wonderful appearance and appeal.
