Surface Lot

  • Most Alexandria apartment communities have limited parking and we are not an exception. We have mostly unreserved spaces on surface lots and some reserved covered spaces. Residents must display a community issued permit at all times. We issue 1 permit/leaseholder (licensed driver) with a maximum of 1 per studio, 2 per 1BR and 2 per 2BR or 3BR. Visitors can park anywhere on-site from 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM, after which they must move their car to a side street.

So in person the Towers were no where near as appealing as the pictures. It looked old and run-down. The parking area looked very congested. There's a stop light /intersection that leads out of the complex which seems heavily used. I was there during a less busy time however it's not the bests of intersections and someone behind me kept beeping their horn when I had someone in front of me that didn't feel comfortable crossing.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because they deserve -10. The worst place I've ever lived! I'm embarrassed that I ever lived here. MICE, MICE and MORE MICE!!! Please do not move here if you value your health and safety! We had mice after just a few weeks of moving in. Management was rude and acted like it could somehow be our fault. We had barely unpacked before they started coming in. We found several holes in the corners and even after filling them up they still kept coming. We had pest control coming in every week and still had mice the entire time we lived here. They travel through the old convectors that this place uses for heating and cooling, which is another health hazard in itself, so it's practically impossible to get rid of them. I had to live mice AND pay the egregious amount of rent they charge, which goes up faithfully every year. The office workers are unhelpful, haughty and downright rude. They literally don't care about you only your money. If you can afford somewhere else move there! They do a good job ACTING like this place is high class and worth the money but it is a full on con job!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I ignored the reviews on here before moving and completely REGRET IT! If everybody is saying it please believe it....this place is the slums.

Rent goes up every year Access to apartment is required often. Nice staff. Clean and practical. Response to maintenance is quick and helpful. The fact that the rent goes up every year seems unfair.

Been here for 5 years. Great maintenance team that always respond quickly, ive Moved twice in the same building love the apartment theyre bigger than anything else around here. Never once found a bug inside the building. Highly recommend.

Now please know I understand you get what you pay for but... this is kinda ridiculous.The loudest apartment Ive ever lived in. The dumpsters and generators are literally 15 feet from the building leading to loud, jarring slamming and buzzing sounds that, I kid you not, begin abruptly at 7am every single morning until about 9am during the week. If you dont normally wake during that time, you 1000% will if you live here, whether you want to or not.Lived here since January and Ive been woken up out of my sleep at 8am by loud noises at least 3x a week. Not to mention the fire station across the street with firefighters who love to play with the loud intercom system they have. And then you actually get inside the building. Dirty carpets and facilities, and the lower lobby smell of the dumpsters(again dumpsters are literally 15 ft from the building) and common areas are constantly filled with very loud residents and children yelling and running in the the halls. There has been loud construction every morning for5 months now. No visitor parking and no visitor parking passes and the parking lot for residents is never ever full. More than enough space for visitor spots.. 1 year wait list for reserved covered parking. Office staff seem neutral if only In An apathetic yeah we know this kinda sucks way. Did not have my apartment to view until move in day despite approving me almost 2 months prior. They missed 2 deadlines to finish preparing the apartment and did not let me know until the day of the missed deadline. Even on the morning of moving day when I arrived the apartment to move in it still wasnt done, had to wait an additional couple of hours until after 3pm on the day that THEY SCHEDULED AFTER RESCHEDULING TWICE. There has to be a better place in a similar price range. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else, I promise this place is not worth it.

Not happy at all since i moved here i have some one in my apartment everyday for no reasons no parking for gursts the manager is very rude
