    I paid for my reserve parkimg and they cut the three and remove all the street mark for reserve and is been more then 3 weeks now and guess what? Not one paint my spot yet is ride there in Trent ct the first 4 parking spot I been calling and walking to the office and still not doing anything I'm working until late night I arrive home late and is not parking I have to waste time all over the place finding spot when I'm paying for reserve and only cuz this people not doing there job so this is to much can't wait to finish my lease

    I am compelled to write this review due to the unacceptable service and treatment I have endured from Elizabeth Castillo and Porshell Atkinson. For the past month, my AC has been broken, and despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue through office visits and emails, I have been met with nothing but indifference and rudeness.The service manager outright refused to order the necessary part, claiming they are waiting for the warranty to kick in. Porshell, the resident coordinator, has been entirely unhelpful, simply forwarding my emails to management without offering any real assistance. Elizabeth, the assistant manager, responded vaguely, stating that the part is on order without providing any timeline.This ongoing AC failure is more than a mere inconvenience; it is a health hazard. My son recently suffered an asthma attack due to the excessive heat, which resulted in an emergency room visit. Despite this, the staff showed no urgency or concern. Their dismissive attitude is appalling.Furthermore, my repeated requests to speak with the property manager have been ignored. It seems impossible to get any meaningful response or action from anyone. I firmly believe their disrespectful treatment is influenced by my background, which is utterly unacceptable.The staff and management at this property are the worst I have ever encountered. Their lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic decency is staggering. I will be escalating this matter to the corporate office. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to stay far away.

    I'm here for yet another year and I really didn't think I would be. The Good: Resident services is proficient and maintenance is good depending on maintenance personnel! Hats off to the HVAC crew! It took nine times to fix the toilet. You may have to GO to the Residence Services building to resolve issues and get questions answered; return calls is about 70%. Winkler Botanical Gardens, AWESOME! The Bad: The apartment looks like it was renovated by the Three Stooges and rental prices that seem excessive for the area, until you check around. Maintenance crew routinely enter units without knocking or calling, chain your door! The Ugly: If you can put up with the blowing garbage everywhere, dark/dingy/dilapidated common areas, occasional mice and bugs in units, the occasional vandalism, parking issues and yes, they have improved some. It's really not THAT bad!

    I had issues before I even moved in. After we (Morgan Properties and myself) both signed my lease, they broke the lease and told me the current occupants decided to resign and I would have to find somewhere else to live. This was less than one week before I was supposed to move in. I was new to the area and had no where else to go. I threatening legal action since we both signed the lease to make it active, and they magically found another unit for me to rent. However, it was clear the unit that was not ready for someone to move in because it was in shambles when I arrived. It was missing the overhead lights, the dishwasher was broken, the closet doors didn't open, and the list goes on. My original unit had a washer/dryer, so they promised me my new place would have one installed by August. I didn't get it until December. My shower and toilet overflowed simultaneously. It took them three days before coming to fix it so I could not shower or use the toilet at that time. When they fixed it, the maintenance team used my bath towels and bath mat to mop up the moldy water and also left feces on the bathroom floor that I then had to clean. They refused to pay me back for the damage done to my belongings. My garbage disposal wasn't working and when the maintenance team fixed it, the pipes spewed grease everywhere. They left my entire kitchen covered in grease and it took over 2 hours to clean. I had mice and cockroaches running around my apartment for the entire year I lived here despite buying my own traps and repellent and keeping my apartment clean. They tried treating it by using incredibly inhumane traps. My toilet overflowed with suds multiple times due to the people above me using too much soap in their washer. Not only did I end up having to clean it each time, but the staff told me to go to each apartment above me and talk to them about it to fix the issue.
