This is the worst apartment that I used to live!! This is a spring but A/C doesnt work and smell bad they say will spend 1 month to fix A/C. Many Mice, I have live with mice everyday. I paid for water $20 but sewer $60 and nobody cant explain me the staff said is not their responsibility. The dirty water came from sink drain in the kitchen it happened many many times and the staff can not fix it and I had to clean because of the staff said it not their job!! I had to throw the plates many times. The water leak out from the toilet until today the staff can not fix it. No guest parking available after 10 pm.

Please read! It is spring! And the weather is getting warmer, the asphalt is smelling again, and there is no A/C in my apartment. There hasn't all week. I have not been able to sleep. I got a notice today that they will be turning on the 'chiller' on the 15th, and that I can expect cold air by the 19th. How is it to take 5 days? What am I supposed to do for 10 days, sleep outside? In the meantime, I had to take all of the food from my pantry for the third time in 6 months so that it can be sprayed for bugs, as if nothing can keep them from every crevice in the buildings. Every two months is excessive. The largest selling point is the price, pure and simple. It is lower than many other in the area, and when you come in they'll 'sweeten the deal' by making electricity free with the rent. What they will not tell you is that your utilities will go up every month that you live there. First it was water, then sewage, now gas. I am not using my heat at all, and have not been leaving my oven on all hours of the night- why am I paying double what I paid last month for it. March was not full of snow. I pay 50 dollars in sewage every month, but no one can explain to me what that actually goes to or what gauge shows why I am being charged that much. In other places the most I've paid for trash and sewage combined was 30, not 70. The electricity 'deal' comes back in the form of sneaky bills and ignored service calls. There are other, smaller, sneakier things that do not sound like big issues until you add all of them together, like REALLY needing somewhere to park or preferring warm water in the shower, and it gives the whole renting experience an evil feeling like you're in a haunted hotel. People should not feel uncomfortable about opening their mail.

THIS IS THE WORSE IN 8 YEARS LIVING HERE. THEY HAVE SOLD THE PROPERTY 2-3 TIMES IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS. Management don't care about the residents. Repairs takes FOREVER, but when Musa the mantiance man was there he was on top of this game,they got rid of him and now the 2 BLIND MICE have no clue what they are doing. All day long they are riding in the golf cart up & down.When you complain it gets worse, cause they start ignoring you afyer the complain. They never repaair of fi anything. RUN AND RUN FAST, PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF, DONT DO IT.

THERE is NO WAY this place has or deserves a 3 STAR Rating 1 is TOO HIGH! My lease is up in just a few days I am out of here.. these are just a few of the reasons.. Awful, Overpriced, Infested you see rats out by the dumpsters, management never gives reasonable notice, Requested repairs take months, A/C goes out a lot, now they want to RENT you RESERVED PARKING for an EXTRA $100 a month, If you live there now tell them what you think about all of this and leave at the end of your lease, If you are considering this place consider that 1 STAR is the LOWEST possible score and all the management has to do to have a rating of 2 STARS is post their own review one in 5 real reviews. If you live here find a better place if you don't live here now consider yourselves LUCKY and look anywhere else

First there is NO WAY those reviews with 3 and 5 stars could be anything but faked by ownership.... the only way anyone would rate the place that high is if they were used to living in actual SLUMS this place is only one step above a SLUM.If there was an option I would give them fewer stars. Terrible management awful conditions. Not a place to live people move out as soon as they can. I am single and they charge for utilities even though there are no individual meters. My water bill has been consistently between $60-70 a month supposedly they divide the utilities depending on how many people live in the Unit but when I have questioned them about this mentioning that the people living across the hall from me also in a 1 bedroom unit (Have 4 people living there) I asked if they were paying $240 a month for Water? And I was told there are not any 1 bedroom apartments occupied by 4 people... THIS IS NOT TRUE AT ALL.. actually many of the 2 bedroom units have MULTIPLE FAMILIES living in them 6+ people.That would be bad enough but the property is POORLY Managed... not properly cared for you have to ask for service 2, 3 4 times or more and are often ignored. Do yourself a tremendous favor and steer clear of Seminary Hills and probably any other property owned by Home Properties Inc. THEY ARE THE WORST OWNERS I have ever experienced.
