AVA Ballston Square

The move in process is very easy because of the elevator. It took me less than 2 hrs for the complete apartment. The people in the office are very nice and professional. The room itself if big and very quite. The best thing is the location, 30s away from metro station, and everything else is in walking distance. I love here.

I recently moved back into the Ballston Square community because my first time living here was such a great experience. I lived here for two years my first time around and only moved away to be closer to friends. Three years later, I found myself looking for an apartment in the Ballston area to be closer to work and this was my first choice when looking since I had such a great experience the first time. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the apartments are great, and it is situated in an extremely convenient location for all your needs. I have recommended this building to several friends and they have all loved it when they have taken the tour or even moved in. If you are looking for a well priced, well managed, and well placed apartment complex, then you can't go wrong with Ballston Square.

Very happy with the complex so far. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very close to the metro, restaurants, grocery, etc. Would like for the kitchen to be updated a bit but other than that, very nice.

So the reviews on the internet almost made me go to another building, however I gave it a try and the internet reviews are wrong! The staff is amazing and the property is well kept. The apartment that I rented is quite and prefect for my needs. Lots of kitchen storage and nice walk in bedroom closet. I don't know if they changed out the carpet, but it looks like new! If you are looking to be close to nice restaurants, shopping, work, and a metro I would likely recommend you stopping in and giving Avalon Ballston Square by the metro look. Again, you get what you pay for and this place is worth every penny.
