I've been at the Normandy House for over 2 years now. It changed management in summer 2017 and the transition Read Morehas been horrendous. From lost checks, to lease renewals that were stuffed in cabinets and never processed (when they found ours, checks from two months ago hadn't even been cashed), it's absolutely chaos. I would move out in a heart beat, but I'm about to transition jobs in a new city and it wouldn't make sense to move for a few months only to move yet again. Lease renewals increase about $300 EACH YEAR, but there is some wiggle room to negotiate. While the location is great, the management is inefficient, unprofessional, and incompetent. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST moving here.

Ever increasing rent each year with a decreasing amount of amenities. Pool and rooftop were closed for a seas Read Moreon without a reduction of fees. Front door was to be monitored, but more than not the person would be away and unavailable. The main office has so much turn over of personnel that there was no good continuous service follow through. Calls and complaints often went unanswered.
