I do not recommend living here. They do not respond to maintenance issues in a prompt manner. The rent is too Read Moreexpensive for the quality of the home and appliances.

Great place to live if your looking for space with decent price per sqft in Loudoun County. It is not perfect Read Morebut we are going on our 4th year and ready to start our small family here.

This place is ok, but I would not recommend living on the 2nd floor above a garage. My 1-bedroom is above 2 di Read Morefferent garages - living room sits on top of one, and my bedroom sits on top of another. Luckily only one of them is being used right now, but that one is directly under my bedroom and anytime they open it, it feels like an earthquake is happening. I doubt there is anything management can do to help buffer the sound and vibration that happens with this, but if you have a neighbor that likes to open their garage door a lot or after a reasonable hour, be prepared to be annoyed and/or woken up. It is not worth the $1500 base rent unless you have neighbors that rarely use their garage - and unfortunately mine happen to use it as their main entrance, so I hear it open 5 times a day after work, and then at least once after I try to go to sleep.

Thank you for your feedback. Although being located over a garage has the benefit of having nobody living below, you do contend with the garage door whenever it is opened or closed. Hopefully the rest of your stay at Westwind is/was pleasant. Management was awful. The would not bother to investigate incidents and simply blame the resident.
