Great place to live. Very safe complex. Staff members are very friendly. Any maintenance issues are addressed quickly.

I love the environment. It is so peaceful, everyone I come across is so sweet and nice. It makes living here even more amazing! Everyone in the office is also super nice and helpful as well.

All staff are great. Office and maintenance staff do it right every time They are kind and thoughtful, too! Great experience living here, I highly recommend

Most of the reason for my rating is the grounds. They are not taken care of whatsoever!! The grass is mowed but that is it! Every 2 steps I take with my dog, there is dog poop. Especially recently. I see multiple places with bags and trash bins but clearly no one uses them. I've been here over a year. There is also some trash in the bushes and in the parking lots also. I've seen things frequently and my dog has picked up things in the parking lots many times. If you have kids, I wouldn't recommend it here though due to the condition of the grounds. One positive thing I can say is the maintenance and staff is fanominal and we have always been helped immediately by extremely friendly people every time!!

Very helpful and friendly staff! Just moved in with my room mate and the staff made sure the move in was as smooth as possible and got us in really fast, awesome spot to live for sure

The is a great place to live. The staff is very friendly, and the facilities are very well maintained. I highly recommend the maintenance staff they are professional and knowledgeable. If you want to move into any community move here, they're the best.

Lakeridge Square Apartments are a great place to live. The apartment has plenty of space and large closets. They do require parking stickers so people just cant park their cars in the lot. The area is kept clean and the office personnel are great. Those are the pros to living here. the only con I have is the ridiculous trash service they are forcing upon us. 25 bucks a month so some guy can pick up the trash and tote it off most nights. So trashcans outside in the breezeway for each apartment. We dont ask our family to visit because it looks so ghetto and now stinks of trash. Other than that I highly recommend Lakeridge Square Apartments.

Great atmosphere! Maintenance is so helpful and the office staff is amazing

One of the best places we've lived. Plenty of apt. space and parking, grounds well-cared for, safe, friendly staff and residents, nice pool, close to 95/rt.1 as well as mall/restaurants, BassProShop and GreenTop both nearby, apt. in great condition. Minor cons: about half the electric outlets didn't work, put in a call about ants and hadn't gotten a response a week later (were then told to treat for them ourselves), very few lighting fixtures so was pretty dark, placed in a basement apt. when we were told it would be first floor (no such thing - stairs required for any level apt.). Overall, enjoyed our time there.

Very nice apartments nestled in a quiet pocket of grassy spaces and wooded areas. Convenient location to interstates, shopping, etc. The staff is top notch—fantastic customer service!!
