I have lived at Cascades Pointe and rented from Atilla for over six years and my experience has been fantastic. He is by far the best landlord I have experienced in almost 20 years of living in Blacksburg. He is responsive to concerns and quick to address issues. Location is terrific!

An owner of rental units here and now a resident for almost seven years, I can highly recommend this community. The buildings are well maintained, as are the parking area and grounds. Necessary repairs and improvements are made as needed and a great effort is made to keep the property clean and landscaping managed for a pleasant appearance. The rents are comparable to other locations in Blacksburg. The property is quite close to shops, restaurants, a movie theater, a big Kroger w/gas station, hotels and other amenities. The VT transit stops at the entrance very frequently. For a short term residency or longer time, this is a wonderful place. Come to Cascades Pointe.

Me and my roommate have been living here for about 3 years now and it's been great. Atilla and Stephen are very nice and helpful people and we never had issues with them or the apartment. the location is great in my opinion since kroger is nearby and also cvs. there are two bus stops within a minute walk and two busses, MSS and MSA so it is very easy to get to places. The apartment itself is spacious compared to some that i have seen in the area.

I recently moved out but my experience has been generally good. The area is pretty nice and quite. The apartment complex is not of a modern style but for me it was not a big deal. The landlord is proactive in offering assistance to fixing things or any other tasks if you need. Two things I particularly like about the landlord and the manager relative to all the others I have experienced are (1) responsiveness and (2) fairness on deductions from a deposit. You would definitely appreciate these elements.

For a number of years I have been a resident at Cascades Pointe and I have very much enjoyed being here. The place is quiet and well maintained and is very close to Kroger and other shops and restaurants. The bus stop is right next to the property. The units have been recently remodeled and have an open feeling with nice cabinets and appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The rent seems very reasonable for what you get. The other residents that I have met for the most part are polite and have said they also have like living here.
