    I loved living at Norcross and the manager and maintenance were the best! By far, the best place ever to live in Charlottesville!

    Norcross Station's detailed renovation has expertly created a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes, each with its own distinct character. Our Lofts and Flats feature luxury living with beautifully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers, controlled access entries as well as optional furnished homes ranging from 700 square feet to over 1,600 square feet. Phase I: Renovation of the original Norcross Transfer and Storage warehouse showcases thirty-two individually designed Flats. And all contain original hardwood floors, exposed timber beams, as well as original steel-sash windows, and clay tiled walls. Phase II: Norcross Station's sister building frames the private courtyard and resident parking lot. Four stories tall, a mixture of thirty-two Lofts and Flats, 1 and 2 bedroom homes showcase substantial glass and excellent views of the surrounding mountains and city side. Every home includes hardwood floors, 9' ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows that provide an open, airy feel. Phase III: The final footprint of Norcross Station premiered summer of 2009. Features compliment Phase II's four-story tower with an additional twenty-four 1 and 2 bedroom Lofts and Flats, completing the Norcross courtyard.
