I have been living at The Villas at Southern Ridge for the last 4 months, and have found every category of living here to be excellent! The office staff are friendly and prompt, our current maintenance worker is very fast, efficient and intelligent. I recently had two items in my unit stop working (the washer and dishwasher) and he came in, figured out the issue and fixed them both like new. Due to this positive experience, I plan to stay here for a long time. Thank you!

I have found the office staff to be fairly friendly and accommodating (there have been a number of staff changes in my time here, and this has been consistently true). Our biggest frustration has been the unreliability of maintenance schedules. It takes someone days (sometimes weeks) to come out for a request and they rarely come on the day they say they will.

We like our apartment, the location is convenient, and the residents friendly. We would appreciate more storage space, and more prompt/thorough action regarding maintenance requests. Often it takes several visits from maintenance before they solve the problem.
