I have lived here since 2001. I love the amenities, the staff are wonderful and very responsive when there's a problem. They will collect my mail and water my plants when I'm gone, they offer free carpet cleaning when I renew my lease, they will replace wallpaper and vinyl if I ask for it, and recently they replaced all windows and sliding glass doors. The landscapers keep the grounds trimmed and clean, and the pool is wonderful during the summer.

The stairways have constant cobwebs and spiders. The fitness center is not 24 hours and closes before I get off of work. Some work orders are not taken seriously and ignored. Kitchen is out dated and stove dose not work half of the time. In comparison to the Semi Luxury apartments in that area I rate this complex average. But with a few more updates it would be good.

Everything is great. If I need maintenance someone always respond in proper time. The office personnel is very polite all the time.

some of the things that are done for us at Greenbrier Woods are not done at other apartsments. Like One carpet cleaning per year

Good area, apartments pretty nice (although have some old appliances), staff is very friendly and quick to respond to problems/complaints. The only reason I didn't mark excellent is because of the old appliances (which can be quite loud).
