Definitely getting better. I've been at this location for nearly 2 decades and I've seen a lot of ups and down Read Mores with it but since PRG has taken over management things have been steadily improving. The maintenance now is top notch. Also we just moved into a renovated apartment so our old one could be renovated and its nice. There are somethings I think they should do better. The showers really need entirely replacing. They look like something you might find in an cheap motel mainly because they just kept the old fiber glass shower that had been patched on the bottom and swapped on cheap wide shower heads that don't work very well but overall I give them an 'A' for effort. The location is very good just minutes from the heart of Chester and the office staff are excellent.

Thankfully the apartment never goes below 65F so we just turn the heat off...yet it still cost us $120/m for the fridge (leaking '87)which is kept at 40F to save money w/ no heat. Hot water tank barely gets hot. Mold seems to be a problem around windows. Took 3+months for maintenance to fix the fridge leak & light switch. I will be looking for new unit or complex.

Its frustrating as a resident to have to be patient during the changes I am hoping that the new staff will continue to thrive in providing better service to the reside
