I had submitted a maintenance request June 2014 my flooring is coming up at the back door and the door in front of the bathroom, maintenance told me to be patient as they have no replacement flooring, it is now Oct? Also is it entirely fair that the bottom apts get the garage can park a car in front of the garage and also have an assigned parking place with the low rent tenets?

To begin the walls are very thin. Neighbors are easily heard through the walls & you can clearly hear the details of their conversation. The building vibrates a bit when the garage doors are opened and when their front door closes. From what I understand several tenants have had issues with their a/c and I personally have had to have it serviced three times in three months. The office staff rarely answers the phone although they are sitting in office 3 minutes later wgeb you go up there.

I love the apartment layout, features, and quiet environment. I have needed several maintenance issues taken care of, and service is prompt and well done. I also like the fact that I can walk to shops, restaurants, and the library - great location.

I enjoying the community's ambience. The village concept is wonderful; I love walking about on the weekends -- the library, cleaners, restaurant, etc. Great accessibility -- if only there was a Starbucks. :) My apartment is lovely with unexpected details and the management staff is cooperative and friendly.

Everything is great. The only issue is very limited visitor parking. Due to this lack of parking, outside guests are continuously parking in my spot.

Dish network is horrible and should not be included in the rent allowing people to pick which service provider they prefer.
