I moved into the apartment on 1st August. That is the day I understood how the services here are so bad. The room was not clean with previous tenant dirty laundry still lying on the floor, the carpet was having bad odor and many stains, the floors were sticky, the gas stove and oven not working, the kitchen cabinets and platforms broken. Not sure anybody has seen anything worst after you are told to move-in. When I inquired about get things sorted no response till now or no option to move to any other apartments. Move here if you want all of these services for you

A slum would be a step up from this place. Given the amount they are asking in rent, this place should be 1000 times better than it is. Water, power, heating and cooling issues constantly. Rather than do maintenance on trees, they decided to just cut them down. Roads have huge pot holes in them that have been as such for at least 6 months. The office rarely ever answers the phone so you are forced to go through central maintenance and they have no visibility into onsite maintenance. When you can speak to someone in the office they are rude or incompetent. Concrete was spilled on my car while parked in a valid parking spot and rather than take fault right away, I was made to wait 6 months for the amount of the estimate to be taken off my rent. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!!!

The units are old, outdated and poor customer service. The people there only want your money and don't care how they treat potential tenants. Parking is ridiculous. The few amenities are far for most residents. The rent is overpriced for what you are getting in return.
