Very well located. Was quiet by the time I leaved there 2008. People at the office are just very so-so. I contacted the office to see their availabilities. They offered to call me back because they were busy...no news. My spouse reach tkem...same thing. We finally moved in at Highland house where I have leaved too, great place as well, 2 mn from work.

They denied rates showing on this site, and asking +500 -600 more. I never see this difference anywhere. I would suggest to remove their information from site.

I have been living at The PeachTreeOfMClean more than a year ago. My experience with staff has been positive. Specially I want to express my gratitude to the Michal Jonson for his optimistic and highly responsible conduct of his functions. The shopping around is extremely pleasant - Trader Joe's, Peet's Coffee, Whole Foods. For those who is interested in profound shopping - Tysons Corner is in walking distance. Plus Exon Gas station is just across the street. Squirrels, trees and o lot of green grass are always around you.

I have lived here for 13 years. They run a right ship here. The apartments is spacious and maintenance is prompt whenever needed. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is friendly. That's why I have stayed here so long. The grounds/maintenance crew fo above and beyond expectations and have become almost like family, especially Noe and Rene. It's a very pleasant place to live. And diverse too.

I have been living at The peachtree of McLean Apartments for almost 2 years and just extended my lease for another 2 years. I am extremely happy living at the apartments. The area is fantastic and conveniently located, we have whole foods across the street, and Trader Joe's right next door. The metro and public transportation is really accessible and a perfect location with Tysons corner mall just 2 miles up the road. We have parking availability always on the grounds always, so no problems there! The pool in the summer is fabulous and kept very clean and services very well maintained, the lifeguards are great and always very pleasant and keeps good watch for the safety of the kids. I live in the high rise apartments and I am so happy there, the residents are mostly friendly and polite. The building is very well maintained and very clean and neat. We have a PM Conceirge "David" extremely helpful and can never do enough for you. He even helps bring my groceries! We have a great party room and very well stocked business center. Which I often use to complete my work assignments. We moved temporarily to this complex for the George C Marshall school for my son and we are also Home Owners, however, the Peachtree complex is the next best thing to our home in Fairfax, VA and we are happy we selected the apartment we have which is great for our family. The public library is located directly next door and walking distance and we have a great park and walking trail. The management staff always go above and beyond, and always helpful and polite, especially Ms. Shafeeza Collins, Ms. Chelsea, Mr. Jonathan, Ms. Julia's, who all make an outstanding team and whatever I request they always follow up promptly with any of my requests. Every morning we have fresh coffee and cookies and a great way to start my day, and any chance the Managment always throw a gathering for the residents. I must not forget to give a shout out to the maintenance team, Chris, Noa, Renae, and Kenny excellent
