Do not move here!!!! The primary management is severely incompetent, lazy and rude! The maintenance is a freaking joke. The space you get for the price...you might as well move north or find someplace else to live here in Fredericksburg. These apartments are equivalent to the England Run apts if not worse. Do yourself a favor and pass these by.

Management is utterly incompetent and unprofessional. Every encounter either large or small was painful, somehow botched, or completely mishandled. Dealing with the staff can be compared to dealing with high school students. It is most regrettable because overall the apartments are very nice. If it wasn't for the woefully inadequate staff I would recommend folks. After dozens of terrible experiances with "management" I now actively discourage people from renting with Madison.
