Leasing Terms
Lease terms: 6 and 12 months.
Pet policy: Maximum size for dogs 75 lbs. maximum two pets per unit. Pet deposit: $300 non-refundable for up to 2 dogs, cats or combination; plus monthly pet rent of $20 for up to 2 pets. Breed restrictions apply. Aquariums, birds, hamsters, and other small pets permitted. No snakes allowed.

Great complex. Some maintenance issues have yet to be resolved.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The residents....most are not so friendly. Overall the apartments Read More are very nice. Any maintenance issues are resolved in a timely matter. Office staff will work with you to make sure you are satisfied with your residence. The only down side is visitor parking is limited, which keeps me from inviting friends to visit.

We are sorry to hear of your concern. Being unsure of what happened to prompt this post, we would like you to call the office to discuss. Company policy/procedure is that unless it is an emergency that involves grievous damage or harm to others or the property, access would not be attempted without a 24-48 hr notice. Residents are advised of all maintenance matters via a posted letter to each door and should read each notice. Again, please feel free to share your concerns with the office.

My overall experience living at Riverwoods is nothing short of fantastic. It flows through everyone working he Read Morere from management to the friendly and knowledgeable maintenance staff. I have always been greeted with a smile, any concerns readily and properly addressed and I couldn't be happier. I love the upgrades made and can actually see out of my windows!!! I recommend the complex to anyone looking to find a quiet, convenient, pet friendly and clean place.to live.
