Really disappointing experience. Should have read the reviews before moving here. Pay close to a grand in deposits and fees to have a pet, but then get charged close to a grand upon moving out due to carpet stains...unreal. Ive lived in an apartment for three years with dogs and never paid anything like that. Crooks. Nothing about the establishment is luxury enough to pay the amount of excessive fees. If it wasnt for the suggestions that came from new home advisors from HHHunt I wouldve never even considered this community. Random maintenance checks? Expecting you to bend around their random times of filter checks? This isnt a long term motel. Paying 1500 a month for a third floor apartment, in the heart of Innsbrook, and continuing a business relationship with the parent company for a new construction home, and then you get belittled by their management...embarrassing. And no, I wont call your office to discuss and clarify your deceptive and questionable leasing practices. Save your time Abberly. Prospective residents-save your time, money, and sanity. Go to Marshall Springs/The Madison/Oaks at Gayton and be treated like a respectable human, not a cash cow. If you do move here, saran wrap your floors like a psychopathic murderer to avoid paying a thousand, a month after you move out.

I have been living here for the past 5 years and I absolutely love it! The management and supporting staff are exceptional and professional. My service calls are 99.99 % of the time handled within hours. My most favorite aspect of living here is the outdoors, the walk paths, the pool, the cafe and the morning view of the pond... so 5 enthusiastic thumbs up for this incredible place I call ! Good community, but the floor plan of 3 bed 2 bath apt dont have much closet space, not enough cabinets in bathroom too.so dont think it is worth for the rent we are paying compared to other homes i have stayed. Community is very good, clean and safe.

First rate office staff and management. TWO ENTHUSIASTIC THUMBS UP! Responsive and courteous team. Great location near 295 and 64 (without noise issues) and in the heart of twin hickory. Pet friendly is a major plus. Parking is easy. Best schools in the county. Access to all major grocery stores and shopping. Its been a wonderful experience for us! T
