    Staff customer service was unfriendly, and did not respond to my question. Its sad that staff are ignoring my questions/ concerns now and Im not even a tenant yet. Renter beware!

    There are pros and cons for living here. Currently I'm having a major issue with having a humming noise issue resolved to where I'm unable to get a restful sleep. I've called the office 4 times in a 3 week period and they're constantly giving me the "runaround" with no resolution or even a "follow-up". I even mentioned I'd be writing this review if I didn't hear back from them today, as Alyssa promised... nothing. Aside from that, I have a neighbor that let their dog pee and poop all around the building. There's so much urine around their patio that the grass doesn't grow anymore. $1485 is a load of money to pay for rent and you can get decent resolutions to issues you may have. I selected this community because it's in Short Pump, close to my job, great for walking and bike riding. I'm VERY disappointed in the service I'm getting from the leasing office. I wonder if other residents are getting this kind of treatment?

    Took a day to visit the Glenn Allen area. Looking at apartments. Most places where providing tours from 10a to 5p, so we spaced our visits according to location and time. This complex had hours listed from 10a to 5:30p. So saving the said "best" for last. Arrived there about 4:30p and the person that was on duty 1/26/19 was speaking with potential residents. Afterwhich, he approached me and my family. This person rudely told us that he was not providing anymore tours for the day, he suggested that we come back tomorrow or one day next week. I told him we're not from the immediate area and just coming back was not an option. Not providing a tour was not that big of deal.... however, not at least speaking with us with respect and giving us information is totally unacceptable. Mind you, all of this was said as he was walking into his office space with his back towards us. He pretty much...dismissed us!! This was NOT okay. Needless to say.... will not be going back!!!!

    Upon moving out of Marshall Springs, my husband and I received a bill for almost $1700 dollars. We stopped by the office two times and finally had to email the assistant property manager. When we addressed our concerns, there was zero sympathy or understanding. We were residents for over 2 years and always maintained our apartment as well as recommended the complex to friends and co-workers. For carpet replacement to be $1,300+ at a pro-rated amount is insane. They would not cut the carpet fee in any way but saved us a whopping $90 elsewhere. I will never recommend this complex or Breeden to anyone I know. If you do choose to live here prepare for paper thin walls, residents who dont clean up after the dogs, gates that are always broke, and outrageous fees upon move out. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

    I hate it here! The walls are paper thin. a lot of money was spent on the appearance of the complex, landscapeand theater. lacked the overall concern of better sound proofing each unit. You hear all your neighbors business. No privacy at all!

    The community is well taken care of. The buildings have secured access, which is a big plus. All of the staff are very courteous. It's a luxury complex with a very competitive price for the location.
