This apartment is bad in several aspects:1. Leasing assistant when I applied the one who assisted me did not mention all the hidden fees such as amenity fee; although I found out but just feel bad about not telling2. Very old complex sound proof is very bad; you can hear people walking upstairs giving annoying squeezing sound of the wooden floor; or when your neighbor does laundry it is even worse; I complained to Leasing office but they lie about the floor plan claiming that it impossible for me to hear others doing laundry3. Often broken hot water system (even in winters) and elevators every other months this happens and it takes more than two weeks to fix; the central heating system broke as well on new years eve, and the next day power went off for more than 2 hours at night!!!4. Worst: the leasing office is trying to take every penny from you even if I do not renew my lease for the full year, they charge full amount of Amenity fee and parking fee; not prorated, no negotiation room, simply tell you that one time fee should be paid in full regardless of how long you stay!!! And not willing to explain

The apartment is cozy. I was happy with the cleanliness and overall condition of the apartment when I moved in. I enjoy having the convenience of a washer and dryer in the apartment. The real fireplace is an added bonus. The area has more of a suburban-type feel to it. There seems to be mostly working professionals in the area, which makes it a more quiet environment.
