This is a great, safe complex to live in! The ladies in the front office and all of the maintenance staff are Read More incredibly welcoming and helpful and they make Enclave feel like home. They are also extremely dedicated to their jobs and they go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. We love living here!

The walls are paper thin and maybe it's just us but we have loud neighbors on both sides of us and below us. W Read Morehen we have requested a maintenance man we don't know whether or not he actually came or not because there is nothing that signifies his visit. Our hot water rarely works and we have asked multiple times for it's repair.

Staff is extremely helpful and professional, and is wonderful to take care of my pet when I am away. It is in Read Morea very convenient location to most everything, and the community is well-maintained and has everything I need. The only drawbacks: some delay with maintenance issues and cable set-up, and few resources for things like where to recycle. Ideally, there would be a place to recycle on-site. If not, it would be nice if the office could provide better information about where to do that.

Internet needs improvements. They need to allow residents to choose from vendors such as Verizon, Comcast...Th Read Moreey need another trash dumpster at the rear of the facility.

Also,the future of having Verizon and Comcast are probably unlikely, our location has us positioned between preserved wetlands which is our desire not to disturb. We are however looking at new options for 2015 and one is door-to-door trash pick-up! Great idea for added convenience to all phases of the community, we look forward to providing that for you. While dish is our television provider we hope the benefits of a narrowed communication chain out weighs the negatives.
