First all I would like to say I am thankful to have had roof over me head for me and my family..... however..... I would like to say that Maintenance is a huge issue.... They do not keep up with the maintenance issues at all. I had a dishwasher stop working and get backed up, it filled with mildew, also on top of that, the downstairs bathroom toilets leaked every time you flushed, the washer connections also leaked into the carpet and I had a leak in the upstairs Bathroom. Every time you flushed the toilets upstairs it leaked into the walls and made it way down through the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. I called Maintenance to look at all of these issues and they did nothing! Sure did expect us to clean up before we left though. Mr. Maintenance worker with the huge beard you know who you are. Typical apartment complex that will not fix your issues and expect total compliance.... There are better places out there for your family.

I have never stayed at a complex past my contract, but with this place, I have now signed 3! While we are win VA, we will be spending the rest of our time in this complex, just because it's that nice. Management is awesome, maintenance is super friendly and the community is filled with nice, caring people.
