    They are too expensive. You can pay the same amount of money and live in a brand new area . They are not good at responding to your calls. It takes forever to get a reply back. The biggest thing is that it's to expensive.

    Rent keeps rising, the area is bad, and they charge new renters less than those who stick around.

    They have great maintinence big space everyone is. Helpful but could use better office hours actually get the gym open

    When they do modifications or replace appliances or necessities, they use the cheapest people to do the work and it shows. Instead of replacing necessities, such as an air conditioner unit, they use parts from other outdated and broke down units and try to piece one together to save a buck.
