    Staff are uncaring about their old renters. Front door has gaps so you can smell everything. You have an enclosed corridor and smells just accumulate. You share the bathroom vent with the neighbors downstairs so even though you don't smoke but they do you smell it. You can't do anything about it either. Maintenance staff takes forever to get something done. Took 5 months to get my request finish.

    The location and staff are fantastic and the 3 bedroom apartments are very spacious. I only moved to be closer to where I worked. My only complaint was that the floors do creak - so maybe ask for a 2nd floor apt. All maintenance requests and any other issues we had were addressed promptly. This place is a great value.

    The living space was nice and fitting for myself and my puppy. I did not have any problems with the staff. They were helpful and addressed any problems I had within the apartment in a timely manner. The maintenance staff cared for my belongings and did not make a mess whenever they were present. The only problem that I had was the bugs! I kept a clean home, but they continued to find their way in.

    The office staff there was great! Maintenance was awesome always on time with everything and if we had a problem they were there within the hour.

    The office staff is unpleasant, regardless of the reason you are there. They are unaccommodating and unreasonable. If they notice something in the apartment is broken, such as a slat in a blind, you get a nasty note telling you to fix it and if it is not done in a three to four days they will enter your apartment and fix it. Even if you are in the process of fixing it they are unprofessional and rude when discussing it and do not allow a lived in look.
