Nothing really unique. It's full of older people and families. There is a beach nearby. There is a park nearby that the kids love too.

My neighborhood is unique because it has a variety of different cultures there arent many local businesses around i would like more grocery stores , bars and shops in walking distance.

Within three miles of major retail shopping and restaurants, banks and more. From fast food, casual dining to fine dining are available plus casinos and bars.
