They're too expensive and charge for amenities they fail to deliver. You pay more for a pool? It's down for maintenance and green for half the year. Pay to have your trash taken out? They are unreliable and then charge an extra fee for leaving the trash out so your home doesn't smell bad. Pay to have them receive packages? You can't pick them up at night if you get off work late. If you work anything besides a M-F 9-5, they're totally unaccommodating. The location is great, but you could play much less for a place that reliably provides the services they say they will.

Once they changed ma management companies everything changed. There's one person in the office if you go on their you feel like you're bugging them. And I thought their job is to help you.

I love the location, layout, and amenities...but the building itself leaves something to be desired. Mold/mildew growing on my walls that I have asked to have addressed several times, windows are very drafty, bugs (specifically earwigs and carpet/house millipedes), and rather noisy.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love that we feel like home and enjoy the gym especially. They always have free events going on too which is great because we don't even have to leave the area if we don't want to. We love that we are in walking and driving distance to so many things. It's amazing being centrally located. This place is great for all ages!

As the owner of the moving company assisting residents with transitions at 21st Street Apartments in Norfolk, VA, I've been consistently impressed by the exceptional quality of the apartments. From their modern design to their meticulous upkeep, these residences truly offer a remarkable living experience. While the apartments speak for themselves, I must also mention the friendly assistance provided by Ms. Green and the office staff. Though their role may be lesser in comparison to the apartments, their professionalism and helpfulness have certainly contributed to the positive atmosphere of this community. It's clear that they are dedicated to ensuring residents feel welcomed and supported throughout their stay. In summary, 21st Street Apartments stand out not only for their outstanding quality but also for the attentive service provided by Ms. Green and the office team. It's been a pleasure working with them and witnessing firsthand the care they put into making this community feel like home.

We have a great maintenance staff at 201 Twenty-One and I want to personally thank Shaq for the new dishwasher and helping me out with a little pigeon problem in the garage last week. Jordan and Avion round out a great team!

I stayed here for a year and it was absolutely amazing, I’m in the Navy so moving a lot is part of the job. When I selected this place I made sure it was classy, had great amenities, and was within walking distance to restaurants. If you want an apartment that has good security, amenities, a friendly staff, and is quiet select 201 at 21!!!

This is a building with excellent amenities, beautiful apartments, and a truly amazing staff. This is the best location, close to everything.

I watched two cars get the windows smashed for some loose change in broad daylight from my apartment. I spoke to the police to offer my help in identifying the man both times and the police said that it was common in the area and that they all dressed the same each day so that you could not identify them. I am so glad to be gone from this place. Not SAFE!
