    They're too expensive and charge for amenities they fail to deliver. You pay more for a pool? It's down for maintenance and green for half the year. Pay to have your trash taken out? They are unreliable and then charge an extra fee for leaving the trash out so your home doesn't smell bad. Pay to have them receive packages? You can't pick them up at night if you get off work late. If you work anything besides a M-F 9-5, they're totally unaccommodating. The location is great, but you could play much less for a place that reliably provides the services they say they will.

    Once they changed ma management companies everything changed. There's one person in the office if you go on their you feel like you're bugging them. And I thought their job is to help you.

    I love the location, layout, and amenities...but the building itself leaves something to be desired. Mold/mildew growing on my walls that I have asked to have addressed several times, windows are very drafty, bugs (specifically earwigs and carpet/house millipedes), and rather noisy.

    The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love that we feel like home and enjoy the gym especially. They always have free events going on too which is great because we don't even have to leave the area if we don't want to. We love that we are in walking and driving distance to so many things. It's amazing being centrally located. This place is great for all ages!
