Roaches everywhere, even in the lobby. They really should spend money on the elevators instead of wasting it on a sky lounge ?? Never seen a place that has so many problems with their elevators, office staff is very rude when you bring anything to their attention. They never answer the phone. The old office staff did a better job in my opinion. SPEND MONEY ON THE ELEVATORS, its ridiculous. Retrain your staff in customer service, unacceptable behavior.

Horrible place to live , roaches ,elevators dont work, floods all the time ,no signs anywhere showing flood areas. My car was totaled because of this. Packages get stolen regularly. Car break in all time. Staff dont care when I mentioned the package theft got the phrase oh well, not my job to watch your package from the office staff. The mailroom is across from the office.

One of my friends used to stay there and it was nice. But I was trying to move in and it says vacancies online but when you call they only have 2 bedrooms and the price of the studio is actually 1450!!!! lol huh???

I have been calling for days and sent my information to them no reply and next the number is not working you called and it rings for a few and then you are disconnected so I tried to call the other number that was listed in someone else review that didn't work either. Really wanted to to try rent but you can't get in touch with no one.
