    Repair requests for the individual apartment are handled promptly. Problems with the complex seem to take a long time to fix (door locks, Trash chute).

    Monticello Station is the second "luxury apartment complex" we have lived in, so I can safely say that MS is tops! Carolyn and Victoria made leasing the apartment from out of state a breeze. We did it relying only on a video walkthrough with Carolyn where we easily saw and appreciated the wonderful amenities, the unit's spaciousness, views, finishes, large bright bedrooms, and awesome bathrooms! The second bedroom has a stall shower with a big built in seat and handicap bar, so it is perfect for transferring from my wheelchair to the shower. The stall is quite large so showering is a breeze as well as very safe! The attached parking is the best setup we have seen for a wheelchair van with the garage entrance being only 40 feet from the apt! The location downtown is one of the best giving close easy access to all the action on Granby St. which is only one block away. Paul's maintenance expertise is second to none!! The unique monthly socials add to our wonderful quality of life at MS!!

    Been living here for 3 months and so far, I love it. Definitely planning to renew the lease when it ends.

    The neighborhood is safe and pretty quiet. The amenities need some work. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
