Local Reviews

I like being able to walk to my favorite coffee shops and breweries, as well as living in an old historic house in a historic neighborhood in the downtown of my city.

The friendly environment of families with kids being able to play together. Great near by shopping centers and friendly people

I love the sense of community and the laid back beach vibe. People take pride in living in the area, and neighbors are generous and friendly to each other. We love to taking our family to local restaurants like A World of Good and Sand fiddler Cafe, as well as the parks by the beach like Bay Oaks Park and Community Beach Park

The people is what is unique. They look out for one another & really care about one another. We watch one anothers homes, we care about one another, we help one another, we mean something to each other

I like where I live because I know all my neighbors. Everyone looks out for each other. I like the quiet wooded areas like my neighborhood because it is peaceful.

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Able to walk around neighborhood with no issues. It is near a lot of shopping and restaurants as well.
