Colony Village

I have been staying here for 6-7 months now and enjoyed staying here up until my 3rd month. My A/C stop working and it has been 3 months now that I have not had working A/C in my apartment. Upon initially reporting this issue, I was inform by the leasing agents that their manager will not approve to have my A/C fix until spring because it was winter and they had more pressing heating issues to attend to. Although the maintenance team has been trying to attend to this matter for 3 weeks now, I am still without A/C. In fact, the maintenance team supervisor informed me that he is not sure what the problem is after ordering a few different parts and lack the experience to fix this issue, which is unbelievable. I have tried to be patient but this is ridiculous and I have never seen this kind of negligence or issues out of all the apartments I have lived at. I am very unhappy how this matter have been handled from the very beginning and expect better out of the managers/supervisors of this community. I have to keep my windows open and it gets so noisy at times that I am unable to rest or sleep. No paying tenant should have to go without A/C for 3 months under no circumstances.

Was not informed of the the frequent trains in the area, all hours of the day. Was not impressed with the post construction clean up job.

I feel at home as a resident of Colony Village. The complex has a small-town atmosphere, complete with manicured landscaping that resembles living in a park. The clubhouse is very progressive with various amenities that cater to all needs. I especially appreciate the exercise equipment that is available 24/7. The meditation room is an inviting space for stretching. With a busy and sometimes hectic schedule, the clubhouse is always accessible.
