Good community, nice people including staff. Only concern is the lack of proper lighting on the property at night, the lack of trash on the ground being picked up, including trash that the dumpster company didn't pick up, items will remain on the ground for weeks. Some of the maintenance staff I think are new, put in a work request regarding the toilet leaking, staff didn't turn the water off and water got all over the floor and eventually leaked downstairs.

Peaceful community, as well as friendly neighbors. Also quiet, no noisy nonsense going on late night. Staff members are very understanding and patient.

I'm a bit uncomfortable about the rate at which inspections are conducted here. I moved in July 7th and as of August 17th, there have been two notices for inspection. For the amount of money I pay to live here I expeect a certain amount of privacy. This isn't government subsidized or income based- which those places don't inspect as frequently as here

They charge up to $100 for a late fee no matter if only $1.00 short of rent total. $30 fee for leaving trash can out a day longer. Only 3 passes for the pool. Have recently been cutting down multiple live and growing trees including trees in the back yard which give you some privacy with no notice at all to the residents.

The management staff is very friendly and concerned about their residents. They take care of all issues you have in your apartment on a timely manner. They are definitely a staff that keeps their word

The community is a beautiful place to live and the service is great. However, the people living nearby throw trash in my yard/on my porch (along with food), let their pets urinate/have stools in my yard and on my porch, etc. It makes it hard to want to stay there sometimes.
