Hodges manor have the most inconsistent staff they make promises that they can not keep they are rude and don' Read Moret care about the residents when you walk in the office they are usually in the back talking laughing and sa we will be right with you and they are talking about personal life and their out fits.

The price listed wasn't at all what I ended up with. The actual apartment was good, only issue was the edges o Read Moref the bedroom were lifted which I thought was odd. Also the actual building upkeep could have been better. They promised to replace the doors on the buildings 5 months ago.

Lobby cleanliness is very poor and unsanitary. Management does not communicate well with residents. When askin Read Moreg or recommending something to Management, they do not respond. Several ants that need exterminating in the lobby and frontentrance area do not get taken care of.

No working dryer after numerous calls to rental office and dryer provider. Poor flooring above me. I can hear Read Moreevery step, every movement, every toilet flush, and every animal running back and forth. And I hear these sounds all day and all night. It takes a week before the maintenance responds to work orders.
