Just moved in the Preston Trails Apartment Community. Day 2 wow I am glad I chose this area. Convenient to all the local shopping area, minutes from job. The management team are outstanding! Please ask for Victoria shes outstanding! She made my move a present experience. There were a couple minor issues that needed to be addressed with my apartment and she made sure they were corrected or fixed before I moved in. They have a great maintenance Team its funny, but I am yet to see any of them just standing around not doing nothing. Great job guys. I had a oven door that need to be replaced, understandably I was expecting the matter to be replaced in a couple of weeks. But Victoria told me that one of their employees not sure I remember her name correctly Mrs Ruby was Wonderful and quick response to my needed. She took it her priority to take care of it before i moved into my new apartment. Thank you. The landscape crew makes the grounds looks fantastic. Bright and beautiful flowers recently planted to make the area look inviting. I realize that all apartment has its pros and cons but The Preston Trails own by the Franklin Johnston Group got it going on. Again if you looking for a amazing and fantastic place to call home please check out this location

They took my 99 dollars and never heard from them again, very poor management. Decided not to stay there. Would not recommend to anyone. Gives apartment living a bad name.

If you aren't handy ie, plumbing, electrical or painter don't waste your time or money. They put more money into the rental office and one pool than they do properly maintaining the units. I for one enjoy comfortable living and keep my apartment in such a manner but they don't help wity simple repairs, even if you add the issues to your move in discrepancies. My main door look like a dog tried to chew and his scratch it's way out and i was told that i have to bring in a container to get pain to fix it myself. It's worse than a normal paint job its a scrap, spackle and paint. UTTERLY RIDICULOUS.

There are better places to live. I paid a prorated amount for the portion of the first month BEFORE I moved in last year. They are trying to charge me more money even though in March, I will have paid them for a full year. She had me sign a move out slip and then wrote all over it afterwards that they were going to prorate my last month here at partially a higher rate. I wish I could photograph the tricks they are pulling to bilk even more money out of me. They are currently trying to get extra money even though my lease isnt up and I informed them I will be moving before the end of the lease. Just find someone that wont try to cheat you. They wont do much for you but will overcharge to as much as possible. The grounds are peaceful except the 5 am traffic noise on most workdays. And the cigarette and cigar smoke. And then theres the noise that goes up from behind the mirror in my bathroom (I recorded it on video so please dont think its not real) as if a pipe chase isnt working. I also have the $528 power bill. The washers and dryers are ancient and they charge $50 a month for those when you could get one from Rent A Center and own it in a little more time then that and it would be insured and not have the same issues. As posted on here, the pool will also not always be open. They also dont clean or cover it in the winter. And cigarette smoke and cigar and whatever else people smoke outside and inside will float to the inside of your apartment as the 40 year old windowless doors that have tack marks all in them. There maintenance person informed me that when someone moves out, they only paint. The floors arent generally cleaned before you move in nor will the apartment be and they never inspect even your smoke detectors and will say when those dont work (because you burned something and they dont go off) that its the HVAC vents or your fault for not getting a battery or inspecting it yourself-JUST TRUTH
